 | Post date: 2022/06/14 |
Dr. Saeideh Momtazi, a researcher at AUT's department of Computer Engineering, discovered fraud in banking transactions using AI.
Various studies have been conducted on fraud detection. Still, the primary characteristic of this project is the employment of approaches inside the scope of this knowledge.
The project was chosen as the top project in the Economics and Banking's section of the Second International Festival of KANS (from the Mustafa P. prize's programs).
Two ISI international articles have been published.
The most significant innovations in this design have been the data sequel modeling, taking into account the interaction between different transactions and employing numerous separate learning models in the format of modern deep learning approaches.
